The Blue Hill Peninsula Potters is a guild of nationally-recognized and emerging artists who have settled in the Penobscot Bay area and established working studios. For generations this has been an active fishing community as well as much beloved vacation destination. We have been drawn here by the beauty of the surrounding land and seascapes and the creative spirit of its inhabitants.

This area is also famous as the home of Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, a preeminent craft school known worldwide. Many of us have connections to the school over the years and can attribute part of our presence here to Haystack.

We encourage you to experience our diverse studio and gallery settings year round. Check individual studio listings and websites for daily schedules.
